Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be shipped 3 to 4 times a month and will take 5 to 7 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19 processing and shipping times may increase and delays may occur.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Flat Rate Shipping: We offer $15 flat rate shipping across the United States.
Free Shipping: Orders over $100.00 at checkout, and after any discounts have been applied, qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Options: All current flat rate shipping options will be with UPS.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
We currently do not ship to P.O Box addresses.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
